Apex Healthcare Group's wholly-owned pharmaceutical distribution subsidiary Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd operates under the Apex Pharma name.

Apex Pharma is the distributor for a number of internationally known brands such as Nestle Products, 3m Malaysia, B Braun Medical Industries, Rigel Pharma and SCA Hygiene Marketing. Apex Pharma is also Malaysia's leading pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare wholesaler. Apex Pharma's national network of 8 depots in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Johor, Malacca, Seremban, Kota Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Penang give coverage to the whole country. The depots and personnel are specialists in handling pharmaceuticals which require special handling, storage and documentation.  The entire physical network is linked by inventory software by SAP which allows Apex Pharma and its principals to track their products with speed and precision.

Apex Pharma took a major step in commissioning its first purpose-designed warehouse, which became operational in the second quarter of 2005. The new Apex Pharma Central Warehouse in Subang Jaya has 60,000 square feet of space designed specifically for pharmaceutical logistics and warehousing and another 40,000 square feet of office space for corporate offices.

The Apex Pharma network was expanded into Singapore in January 2006 by the acquisition of Apex Pharmacy Marketing Pte Ltd from United Engineers Ltd and brings with it the in-house developed Weblink software which enables principals to track the progress of their products over the Internet.
